To participate in this event, each participant must be equipped with:

- a tournament legal Digimon Card Game deck;
- a Bandai ID (if you don't have a Bandai ID you can create here)
- a smartphone connected to the internet with the Bandai TCG Plus app installed;
 

      

 

Registration:

Registration will open on June 28 , 2026, at 09:00 a.m  (CET). A button will appear at the top of the page(SUBSCRIBE) that will redirect you to the website where you can compleate the registration. You will need to provide your name, surname, email, Bandai id(membership number) and you phone number.

 

If you don't have a Bandai ID (Bandai Namco ID, you can find it in your profile page in https://www.bandai-tcg-plus.com/ under Membership No), please make sure to create one before registering

Please make sure all your data are correct while completing the registration, otherwise your application will be discarded.
The registration list follows the order in which tickets are purchased on the website. After all tickets are sold out, a new option to join the waiting list will be added. You can apply for the waiting list and will be contacted if a spot becomes available. The waiting list order will follow the time at which each request to join is submitted.

Please note: In order to properly organize the event and guarantee the best possible experience for all participants, we reserve the right to close registrations one week before the event, regardless of remaining capacity. We kindly ask all players to complete their registration well in advance, as last-minute registrations create significant logistical challenges and may not be accepted.

 

The amount paid online acts as a deposit/down payment. The actual purchase title (ticket) will be issued only upon effective check-in at the event.
Purchased tickets are non-transferable, but can be refunded until the 04th of September, please contact us via email at tornei@gametrade.it.

In case of cancellation received within the deadline, an amount of €3.00 will be retained as a penalty.
If no cancellation is received within the deadline, the full amount of €38.00 will be retained as a penalty.
In both cases, pursuant to Art. 15 D.P.R. 633/72.

After this date no ticket can be refunded.

Access to the tournament venue is restricted to players properly registered for the Regional, Treasure Cup, or one of the official side events.

As this is a private event, visitors, spectators, and accompanying persons (except in special case) are not permitted inside the venue. Entry will be granted exclusively to participants holding a valid event ticket and completing the check-in procedure

 

Information and Schedule:

there will a number of Swiss Rounds based on the total number of participants and Top 8. The undefeated rule will be applied

*Depending on the time when the Swiss rounds finish, it may be possible to agree with the players to play the Top 8 on the day1.


Each Swiss Round lasts 45 minutes + 5 minutes extra time with Best of Three Matches.

Each Top Round lasts 60 minutes + 10 minutes extra time with Best of Three Matches.

Entry Fee and Participation Prize:

- Entry Fee: 38,00 €

*Physical Participation in the event is mandatory in order to receive the participation prize.
